Our new clinic is open and we were delighted to read this lovely article in the local paper:
A new state of the art dental clinic has opened in Keith with 150 people attending the grand opening of Country Living Dentistry, on November 10.
The opening included a tour of the new architecturally designed building.
The clinic is owned by local dentist Dr Vyla Ellis who grew up in Bordertown and has been consulting in Keith for 6 years.
“We are delighted to be able to provide modern dental care in a beautiful and relaxed space. The TVs on the ceiling have been a big hit, as has the garden outlook,” Dr Ellis said.
"We have been overwhelmed with well wishes and positive feedback from the community."
Dr Ellis and hygienist Christine McMurray provide a wide range of services from general dentistry and preventive treatment to cosmetic work, dentures and emergency treatment.
“Patients have been impressed by the great technology which improves treatment and patient comfort. “
Country Living Dentistry previously operated a private clinic out of Keith Area School which has now closed. The need for modern facilities and disabled access prompted the move.
“We remain committed to treating people of all ages including children. We are continuing our student discounts and free care for eligible children. The new clinic has a kids’ corner which is proving very popular.
“We have full disabled access and continue on as the visiting dentist for aged care in Keith and Bordertown.”
The clinic has been 2 years in the making with construction lasting 8 months.
“The local builders and tradespersons have done a sensational job and we are thrilled with the result” said Dr Ellis.
